Select the Call To Action widget under the elements tab from the left side of the menu bar from your screen then drag and drop it in the selected area

In the style tab, you can change the icon color, typography, margin, padding, border and the color of the icon.
In the style tab, under the title tab you can change the title color, title typography, and the border.
And also in the button tab you can change the button color, button background color, button hover color, CTA hover button bg color, typography, button padding, button border and you can also change the CTA image and CTA short description using all the above options.
